IQ8 held “Customer Service Contest Final Round 2020” on 11th Dec.

We have “Customer Service Manual” and all staffs shuld learn and follow this manual to show our respect to customers.

All 49 staffs from each station had demonstrated in the qualifying round and 12 selected staffs had proceed to the final.


In addition to the prescribed work movements, the examination was conducted from the perspective of having a natural smile and a beautiful posture.

IQ8 strives to improve daily customer service skills through such examination committees.
