Our Factory

With an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons, it is one of the largest scale factory in the world. IGEP is exported mainly to Japan to contribute to decarbonization.

This is the first factory for Idemitsu Kosan’s goal of supplying 3 million tons of Black Pellet per year.

Our Products

Idemitsu Green Energy Pellets (IGEP), torrefied wood pellets, offer a higher calorific value and a coal-like form, serving as an efficient alternative to replace coal to reduce CO2 emissions.

IGEP is a biomass solid fuel with excellent water resistance, grindability, and outdoor storage properties, and can be handled close to coal.

The main raw material is acacia in Binh Dinh province, where an area with strengths in plantation.
