Engaging the Next Generation: Showcasing Idemitsu Lubricants at Hanoi’s VJCC Job Fair

On October 25, the Vietnam–Japan Center for Cooperation (VJCC) hosted a Job Fair for Japanese companies operating in Vietnam at Foreign Trade University (FTU) in Hanoi. The event attracted more than 800 pre-registered participants and drew strong interest. More than 200 visitors stopped by the Idemitsu Group booth.

Focusing on Idemitsu’s lubricants business, Idemitsu Group booth highlighted Idemitsu Lubricants Vietnam (ILV) as the centerpiece of our presence. Our booth attracted strong interest from attendees, allowing us to gather a great deal of valuable feedback with 118 completed surveys to help guide to Idemitsu’s future activities.

Many attendees shared positive impressions, noting that Idemitsu’s products and services are a familiar and supportive part of daily life in Vietnam. Many fourth-year FTU students expressed interest in future career opportunities at Idemitsu Group, including roles in supply chain management, quality management, and data analysis. These comments reaffirm the importance of our engagement with the local market.
